Shipping

Perishable Products:

• We ship meat products to you in a foam cooler box. The foam cooler box with dry ice and/or gel packs help products remain frozen. We make every effort to ensure your products arrive to you in mint condition. 

Failed Delivery Attempt:

• If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, the shipping courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice. In this case you will be held responsible to pick up the package from the shipping company warehouse locations. Moin Halal will not be responsible for the package and its contents if the shipment was not accepted during the initial delivery attempt by the delivery courier.

***We ship out orders on Monday and Tuesday only any order made after 2pm on Tuesday will be shipped out the following Monday, we do this so that your order is not stuck in a courier warehouse over the weekend***
