Shipping policy

• Perishable Products
  We ship meat and other perishable products to you in a specialized cooler box made from Green Cell Foam which is the most environmentally sustainable and functional packaging material available. Made from US-grown corn, Green Cell Foam is certified compostable in backyard and industrial facilities and can even be dissolved in a sink for safe and easy disposal. This unique material combines exceptional cushioning and thermal insulating protection, while protecting the planet. The foam helps preserve the coldness inside the box. We add dry ice and/or gel packs inside the box so that it remains frozen. Cooler box with gel packs will assure your products do not spoil and arrive to your doorstep in mint condition.

• Delivery attempted:
  If the delivery attempted has been made by the shipping company to deliver the package to your address, and if you are not able to receive the package, then you will be held responsible to pick up the package from the shipping company warehouse locations. Moin Halal Meat will not be responsible for the package and its contents if the shipment has not been received in the first place.

Shipping Method

• Our shipping method will deliver the products to you within 2-7 days  
• We use USPS, UPS or FedEx for delivery.
• You don’t have to be present to receive your package as the shipping company will leave your package at your front door.
